This time push the first block from the entryway. Push the third one away from the entryway to the left to reveal a door.Īfter a long hallway you'll encounter another one of these rooms. After this you enter a room with three stone blocks. You'll have to do this three more times before you reach the next room. You can only use certain attacks like Watt's shock move and Mario's quake hammer to hurt them.

When you finally reach the cannons, attack them. Avoid them by using Bow's Outta Sight move. In this room cannons will be shooting Bullet Bills down a narrow path. Then you can walk over and unlock the door to the east. Now you have to go back and pull both chains to drain all the water you filled the castle quarters with. Straight across from the dock is the Third Castle Key. Head back to the doorway you busted open with Bombette, and hop on Sushie into the water. Follow them down to a chain hanging from the ceiling and pull it to fill the castle with even more water.
#LETTER CHAIN PAPER MARIO SERIES#
This triggers a series of windows and doors to open along the wall. In the next room do a Tornado Jump to knock the blue switch from the brick block, and hit it.
#LETTER CHAIN PAPER MARIO CRACK#
As denoted by the crack in the wall, you'll need Bombette to bust through. Dock yourself by the blue switch in the next room, hit it, and use the jump pad to go up one level. Now get on Sushie and float back in the direction you came from. Use the chain to fill the room with water. Jump on the blue spring pad and walk to the left edge of the platform where a chain is hanging from the ceiling. Go through several doors until you reach another locked door. Then go back up to the save point and head north.Īt the top of the stairway go right. Save your progress at the save point, and if you need to heal yourself keep going east, down a big flight of stairs, defeat the prison guard for the Prison Key, and take a nap on one of the prison beds. Now instead of trapping you in prison, the giant stone face on the wall will let you through. Push it to the left to open a dear below. In the next room a stone block with Bowser's face will be sitting in the middle of the room.

There will be one more gap, but this time fall down beneath it. You ask, "How can I see without Watt?" You can't, but use Watt to place yourself on the edge of the gap, switch to Parakarry, and fly over in the dark as usual. You'll have to use Watt to illuminate the place and you'll come to a gap where you have to use Parakarry to help you cross. You'll get the Second Castle Key which can be used in the doorway back where you shut off the lava flow. Go back to the previous room and enter the doorway in the north wall where lava once flowed from. Now you can walk around instead of floating and flying. Climb up the stairs to the right, fight the guards, and hit the blue switch to stop the lava flow. Now use Parakarry for that last stretch and hope on Lakilester to navigate the new room north of you. Use Bow's talents to become transparent so the lava doesn't hurt you. You'll need Lakilester again in the next area to float you over to a platform next to a lavafall. Then use Parakarry to fly you over a set of gaps, because Lakilester can't reach them. Repeat this technique again for the next platform. Quickly run back to where you came from as the platform will be floating back there. Use Lakilester to float out to it and hit the switch with your hammer. Eventually you reach a room with a blue switch in the middle of a lava pool. You'll then see a save point, and then some platforms floating over lava. To bust out simply bomb a hole in the east wall with Bombette. Besides, you can replenish your health down there. Stand in front of him and he'll drop you into a prison. Continue past some guards and lava flows until you reach a large stone face of Bowser. Go back to the locked door and open it with this key. In the next area you'll find a koopa guarding some Toads in a prison. You'll see a locked door, so you'll have to follow the lava path to a side door. Hop into the shell and get to it!Įnter the front of the castle, and when you see a lava river stick to the edge of it. With everything taken care of, you're well on your way to defeating the evil Bowser. They will also provide you with a rocket-shell to Bowser's castle. Namely, the Star Beam which you can use to drain power from the Star Rod when Bowser tries to use it against you. Here they will combine and give you new powers. Your main objective is to talk to the Seven Star Spirits on a path to the east of town. In this glittery little town you can buy items, take a nap, and converse with some of the locals.
